Laughs, name calling, pointing and staring, all while I walk through the hall. Feeling shame in every step I take. Embarrassment in every look I receive. Doubt in every wish I make. I think to myself,
"How did this even happen? My life is officially ruined!"
I walk to my locker, put my books away, slam it shut, fall to my knees and just cry. As I try to pull myself together, I realize what I've got to do in order to get this all to just stop. Once the school bell rings, I say goodbye to the few friends I've got left. As I walk home, I am thinking about whether what I'm about to do is the right idea. I figure it is.
When I get to my house, I notice nobody is home. So I grab a pen and some paper and just write.
"Hi mom, hi dad. I'm guessing that by the time you read this, I'll be dead. But don't blame yourself. It's not your fault. You are both great and I love you both so much. But I can't handle this anymore.
Take care. I love you both.
xoxo,
Jasey."
As I place the note on the counter, I wonder what anyone else will think. But then I remember that its everyone else's fault for this. They are the ones to blame. They wouldn't care. Would they? I don't think so.
I go and grab the gun from my dads dresser, then go to my room. Unsure of exactly how I want this to happen. I say to myself, "This is it. It's the end. It'll be final once I pull the trigger. I've sunken down. I'm in a hole that leads to nowhere but death. I guess i'll say goodbye now."
I place the gun to my head. Close my eyes and slowly start to pull the trigger.
BOOM!
I'm gone. Finally at peace. Goodbye
