Funny scary story(Writer) It was a usual Friday noon, I was reading a story book as the day was a school holiday.

I was sitting on a swing under a tree. I felt relaxed as light breezes were blowing.

Out of the blue, I saw a lurking shadow behind the tree. But I didn't have the courage to look back, I was scared to death.

I felt like the shadow was coming nearer to me and I was shuddered. All of a sudden, I heard a horrible sound and was scared out of my wits. I quickly jumped from the swing and ran as fast as my legs could carry me.

As I was running, I heard a familiar sound guffawing. So I just stopped there and looked back to see who was that.

Guess what? It was my best friend Eliza. She made me scared and she was such a pain in the neck at that time, but later I felt so stupid with myself.

I never thought that she would do such a childish prank on me.

Later we both laughed together and we shared the funny thing that happened to me to all the classmates as well.
