Since when was a computer a good thing? For me, the computer is my enemy. Thank you, mom and dad for getting me one, but return it to the store. Now.

But of course, where do I sit right now? At the computer, typing. Drat some stupid society that makes computers the only acceptable means of communication. Why did people evolve out of nice LETTERS? Nice, HANDWRITTEN letters?

I guess I must reconsider. Letters are time-intensive. First, write them, send them, wait for the mail, wait for a response, wait for the mail again. With im, the response can be almost instantaneous. And grammar? Ha! Hey, k, what your 20? I am at the mall in 20 min. What happened there?

My boyfriend came and placed his hands on my shoulders. "You know, I love computers.", he said.

"Really?"
"Yeah."
"So do I."
