Choose From Two Sides

Let me tell you a secret, which most don’t really know,
A secret that has to do with the choice between yes or no:
Every single time when people can’t decide,
Two opposite spirits come as a helpful guide.
One is wicked and wishes to make you evil,
While the other is sweet and the opposite of a devil.
The devil, as he’s called, turns you to the wrong choice,
He cackles and snickers when he wins the other voice.
The angel, who is nicer, turns you to the right track,
She often acts as the opposing voice to the devil’s wicked acts.
You make choices in your life everyday and anytime,
Like if you should do your homework or play video games sometime,
Eating junk food or eating a healthy meal instead,
Doing mischief in class or be responsible and respectful,
Being nice to your friends or bully them when you can,
Studying for a final exam or playing on computers late at night.
Everyone has their own freedom to make the choice they like.
But I warn you: Not to let the devil overpower your mind,
He makes you bad, he makes you mischievous, he makes you very unkind.
Instead, you should listen to the angel, who gives you the better choice,
And you should instead ignore the devil’s extremely wicked voice.
There are many choices people make every single day,
Some are bad, some are good, some are just ok.
But we should try to make the best decision when we can,
And let the Devil know that he should stop his evil plan!
