Now more than ever
We truly are all in this together.
To survive and thrive on this planet we share
We must all work together and do our share
To protect this earth which gives us life
To create peace here, rather than strife.
May we each do our part
And give to this world (our home) our hearts.
For healing and well being for us all, please pray....
To you and yours... HAPPY EARTH DAY!

Dear JD, every day should be Earth Day, it's a joy to read this, we can only hope that people will start to respect earth more after reading these thoughts. If we share what we know with the young, hopefully it will become natural to then take greater care of our planet. Thank you. There is certainly wisdom to be shared here.

True, a greater appreciation of Earth is definitely needed. Damaging the earth is like a crew of a spaceship damaging the ship they depend on for survival. I would not blame extraterrestrial aliens for considering such an activity evidence of human innate insanity.

Amazing poem. It gives us an important message. When I read the poem i remembered the song 'Different World' by Alan Walker and it's lyrics-

"We've been fighting our demons just to stay afloat,
Been building our castle just to watch it fall,
Been running forever just to end up here,
Once more..."

Yes indeed Jd. Today, in England, we observed a one minute silence for all those care workers in the National Health who
died. The tragedy of all this is heart breaking.
